Christian Education Policies
Children in Worship
On most Sundays, learners attend the first 15 minutes of church with their parents. Shepherds and workshop leaders will bring the learners to an experience station in the CE Building following the children's sermon. On Communion Sundays, learners report directly to their experience station upon arrival at church.

Students will remain in classes for 15 minutes after the worship service has ended. They will be escorted back to the sanctuary after their classes are over. If your children need to be picked up early, please speak to Selina that day.

Safe Church
Trumbull Congregational Church is a safe church and abides by the standard policies and procedures of the Untied Church of Christ. For a full description of the policy, see the Director of Christian Education.

Attendance
Attendance is taken weekly. We hope that you will join us in promoting the idea that time spent with children on religious instructional and spiritual development will be an asset to all of us.

Offering
Offering envelopes are given to children so that they can contribute in weekly offerings. The amount is not important. However, this habit helps them understand their responsibility to the church community.

Classroom Behavior
Please talk with your child about appropriate behavior in Church School. Politeness, kindness and respect are what we strive for between the children and their teachers.

Bibles
Each May the church will give all 3rd graders a Bible to keep. Children that have received Bibles are encouraged to bring them to class for reference.
